For 10 years I worked at The Healing Garden, a complementary care cancer center. I currently serve on the board.
Early in my career I worked in medical and psychiatric settings.

My therapeutic approach integrates contemporary psychology and eastern spirituality.
My theoretical framework is influenced largely by Internal Family Systems, relational, attachment, and intrapsychic paradigms.
My therapeutic interventions include techniques from the practice areas of somatic experiencing, cognitive behavioral, hypnosis, guided imagery, mindfulness, gestalt, focusing, and stress management.
I am a certified IFS therapist with certificates for Level 1, 2 and 3.

The Harvard Mind/Body Clinic, Boston, MA, with Joan Borsenko in 1988.
My yoga and somatic mindfulness training was at the Kripalu center, Stockbridge, MA.
My mindfulness training is with the Insight Meditation Society, Barre, MA.
